I am a daughter of a patient who was under the care of Personal Choice Quality Care.  Let me start by saying I am a true fan of this Company. The services that were provided to/for my mom were impeccable.  My Mom was well taken care of.  She needed service for 12 hours a day, 5 days a week.  All the caretakers were very nice and polite to my Mom and our family (Kids, Grandkids, Siblings and other family members and friends that were at the house when they were taking care of her).  They provided services that were beyond the scope of caring for my mother.  They always attended to her when they were there.  She had 2 main caretakers and a 3rd when needed.  Ms. Shannon showed up from time to time to talk to my mom and Me to make sure services were provided adequately.  Ms. Shannon is easy to talk to, very understanding AND VERY knowledgeable about the care of those who need home health care services.  She worked with me to satisfy my mom and Family members' needs (pertaining to my mom).  My Mom has gone on to glory and her staff showed love and support by being there with my family through those hard times.  Me and Ms. Shannon keep in touch.  We invite her to our family functions because she is and has been part of our family since taking care of my mom.

When I think of being taken care of, I think of Ms. Shannon and the services she provides with her company, Personal Choice Quality Care.  I met Ms. Shannon through a friend who uses her services and is quite happy with the services.  It has been 4 years now, and I am still happy with them, from when I first met them; she cares for my Older Sister.  My Sister is pretty much bedridden, very seldomly mobile.  The caretakers are very patient and kind.  My sister is not the friendliest person to get along with, but the caretakers deal with her quite well.  I get calls when they feel that my sister is getting frustrated or pretty much unruly.  We talk through the situation, and they continue to provide good care.  I get upset with my sister when I see her giving them a hard time, but they are never slack.  They are very understanding and willing to do whatever it takes to take care of my sister.  They have stayed longer than the time they are supposed to spend caring for her.  That speaks volumes to me.  That shows they really care for her and take their job seriously.  Ms. Shannon keeps in touch to make sure the workers she sends are good with my sister.  We had a talk one time and she said if the Caretakers are not a good fit, that she would send someone who was.  Ms. Shannon comes to the house periodically to talk to my sister to see if there is anything she needs, or if there is something she is not getting.  I recommend her services and will continue to use them as long as need.
